Vintage Cupcake




Ingredients

Preheat Oven to 160 Fan, 180C, 350F

100g Self Raising Flour
100g Caster Sugar
100g Butter
2 Eggs
1tbsp of Milk 
1tsp of Vanilla extract

Method  

1. Cream butter and sugar

2. Add eggs

3. Add flour and fold into mixture

4. Add milk 

5. Cook in oven for 10-15 mins until golden brown.

6. Allow to cool 

7. Decorate 

This the the basic recipe I use and just add different flavours and icing. For these cupcakes I used a white mallow icing that you can get from most supermarkets, and I decorated them with some cupcake toppers from Ginger Ray visit www.gingerray.co.uk and some pretty lace effect cupcake wraps from Hobby Craft. 




Really, you can be as creative as you like with the flavours, colours and decorations to suit any occasion. I will be posting more cupcake ideas soon so keep an eye out!  




Vintage Baby Blanket

You will need:






Step 1 
Cutout the cloud shapes from some white felt and applique onto four different charm pack squares.
(See Below)







Step 2
Layout the squares on the floor in the pattern that you would like. (See Below)











Step 3
Starting from the top of the design, take the first two squares lay them right side to right side and sew with the sewing machine. (See Below). Repeat with the next two squares and then sew altogether to create the first row. Press seams with iron so they are flat.
